Privacy and Cookie Policy

The controller of personal data collected via stop-karaluch.pl is Yuliya Klionava, Powstańców Śląskich 18d m.4 01-381, NIP (tax ID) 5223376294 (the "Controller").

Through the request form we collect: your phone number (required) and — if you provide them — your name and message. In the business quote form we also collect — if you provide them — the type of premises, the pest problem and the approximate floor area. Together with the request we also store the page language, IP address and browser identifier (user agent), used solely for security and spam protection.

Once a request has been submitted successfully we may also store data about your first visit: the path and language of the landing page, the date and time of that visit, Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid and dclid), auxiliary Google parameters (gclsrc, gad_source and gad_campaignid), UTM parameters and the source, medium and campaign derived from them. This data lets us link a request to where it came from.

Providing data is voluntary, but without a phone number we cannot handle your request.

• handling your request, contacting you back and providing the pest control service — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract);
• preventing abuse and spam (IP address, user agent, request rate limits) and establishing or defending legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Controller's legitimate interest);
• establishing where a request came from and internally assessing how effectively we handle requests — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Controller's legitimate interest);
• analytics and marketing using cookies — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), only after you grant it in the cookie banner. Request data may be used for offline conversion measurement in Google Ads only where the ad_user_data consent state recorded with the request permits it.

Data may be entrusted to providers supporting the operation of the site, in particular the hosting provider (servers located in the European Union).

The notification about a new request (phone number, name, message and — in the business form — premises type, pest problem and area) is delivered to the site operator via the Telegram messenger (Telegram Messenger Inc.), whose servers may be located outside the European Economic Area. This transfer is necessary to handle your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).

The Google Tag Manager container is initialised when you open the site. Before you choose your settings, the analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization states are all set to "denied". Consent-aware Google tags may then send limited cookieless signals to Google, but cannot read or write analytics or advertising storage. Other third-party tags are configured separately so that they do not fire before the required consent. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• request data, including the first-visit source data stored alongside it — 12 months from submission, after which it is automatically and irreversibly deleted;
• the consent decision cookie (cookie_consent) — 12 months;
• the language cookie (locale) — 12 months;
• the signed first-visit token in localStorage — only after consent is granted, for no longer than 12 months; it is removed if you decline or withdraw consent;
• Google cookies — as per Google's policy, only after consent is granted.

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).

To exercise these rights, write to Ecodezserwis@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).

The site uses the following cookies:

• essential — the session cookie (form security), the language cookie (locale) and cookie_consent storing your decision; under the Polish Electronic Communications Law they do not require consent;
• analytics and marketing — Google Analytics / Google Ads. We use advanced Consent Mode v2: the GTM container is initialised immediately, but before you choose and after you decline, all four states (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization) remain "denied". Consent-aware Google tags may send a limited cookieless signal, with no access to analytics or advertising storage. After you click "Accept" the states are updated to "granted", which lets the relevant tags use those capabilities.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time — click "Cookie settings" in the page footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. About Google's data processing: policies.google.com.

The service provider within the meaning of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means is Yuliya Klionava (contact details in section 1). The site allows you to browse its content free of charge and to submit a request via the contact form.

• users must not submit unlawful content;
• complaints about the operation of the site can be sent to Ecodezserwis@gmail.com — we will respond within 14 days.
