The controller of personal data collected via stop-karaluch.pl is Yuliya Klionava, Powstańców Śląskich 18d m.4 01-381, NIP (tax ID) 5223376294 (the "Controller").

Through the request form we collect: your phone number (required) and — if you provide them — your name and message. Together with the request we also store the page language, IP address and browser identifier (user agent), used solely for security and spam protection.

Providing data is voluntary, but without a phone number we cannot handle your request.

• handling your request, contacting you back and providing the pest control service — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract);
• preventing abuse and spam (IP address, user agent, request rate limits) and establishing or defending legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Controller's legitimate interest);
• analytics and marketing using cookies — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), only after you grant it in the cookie banner.

Data may be entrusted to providers supporting the operation of the site, in particular the hosting provider (servers located in the European Union).

The notification about a new request (phone number, name and message) is delivered to the site operator via the Telegram messenger (Telegram Messenger Inc.), whose servers may be located outside the European Economic Area. This transfer is necessary to handle your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).

Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads load only after you consent to cookies. No analytics or marketing requests are sent before consent. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• request data — 12 months from submission, after which it is automatically and irreversibly deleted;
• the consent decision cookie (cookie_consent) — 12 months;
• the language cookie (locale) — 12 months;
• Google cookies — as per Google's policy, only after consent is granted.

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).

To exercise these rights, write to Ecodezserwis@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).

The site uses the following cookies:

• essential — the session cookie (form security), the language cookie (locale) and cookie_consent storing your decision; under the Polish Electronic Communications Law they do not require consent;
• analytics and marketing — Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics / Google Ads; the GTM container, analytics/marketing tags and Google cookies load only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you decline, they are not loaded.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time — click "Cookie settings" in the page footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. About Google's data processing: policies.google.com.

The service provider within the meaning of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means is Yuliya Klionava (contact details in section 1). The site allows you to browse its content free of charge and to submit a request via the contact form.

• users must not submit unlawful content;
• complaints about the operation of the site can be sent to Ecodezserwis@gmail.com — we will respond within 14 days.
